Terms & Conditions

1/ All items are based on first come first serve basis.
All reservations will be held for 24 hours, followed by full payment.
Otherwise, it will be released for sale again
2/ Serious buyers only. All sales are final.
Goods sold are NOT refundable or returnable or exchangeable
3/ Prices does not include shipping and handling
4/ Payment method is through bank transfers (Maybank or CIMB)
5/ FOC delivery available at 1 Utama and Curve/Ikano upon banking in full payment
6/ For cheaper bags valued RM50 and below, full payment required upfront.
Buyers outside Klang Valley will have to bear responsibility of additional postal charges
7/ Branded bags are genuine items so buy with confidence.
Full refund if found otherwise and must be accompanied by official verification documentation from store personnel
8/ Bookings for branded bags possible with a non-refundable deposit of RM100
9/ Instalments for branded bags possible for those valued above RM500. Enquire within!
9/ Once a booking, deposit or payment of any kind has been made, there can be NO CHANGES and NO CANCELLATIONS to your orders.
If you cancel your order, your payment will be forfeited.
So please make a decision and ensure it is final.
10/ There may be slight difference of the colour due to camera lighting
11/ All emails will be responded to 24 hours or less
